We have tricked it just by adding some wide line primitives but if you need to make changes to the circuit you really have to pay attention. Is there a correct way of doing this without one net take control of the other net?

I have make a Component for this case. Make 2 entrys with cu rectangle in entrylevel and make them overlap each other. Do not have the same netname. When clerancecheck it will be fault at the Component but you can use pour anyway.
